The Role
Responsibilities
As a Senior Marketing Analyst (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract), you will support the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing collateral, internal enablement tools, and strategic communications for major global card and payments initiatives. This hands-on role spans strategy execution and operational marketing to support ongoing business, product, and marketing goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Card Controls & Product Delivery: Oversee brand, design, screen development, collateral updates, and go-to-market strategies for new card control propositions.
- Network & Compliance Program Updates: Lead collateral and T&C updates arising from major card network initiatives, including Card Controls, Card Disputes, and card carrier modernisation.
- Customer Communications & Web Content: Develop engaging digital and web content for payment initiatives, overseas Debit card usage, dispute processes, and fraud/scam messaging.
- Internal Enablement & Front-line Support: Deliver internal launch communications, Branch and Contact Centre tool-kits, and Know-How content for operational teams.
- Merchant Engagement: Execute communications and campaigns for key updates, including contactless limit changes, Merchant LOO/T&C updates, and ATM/POS signage.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Strong commercial experience in marketing, communications, or product analysis within banking, payments, or financial services.
- Core Skills: Proven ability in collateral creation, web/digital content delivery, and updating regulatory or T&C communications.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of card products, global payment network updates, consumer protection messaging, and merchant communications.
- Enablement & Stakeholder Management: Experience creating frontline toolkits (Branch/Contact Centre) and managing cross-functional project inputs.
- Approach: A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple campaign deliverables.
- Additional Skills (Preferred): Exposure to digital banking UI/screen workflows, web CMS, or large-scale product update projects.
This position is a 1-year fixed-term, salaried contract offering the opportunity to drive high-visibility payments marketing initiatives within a dynamic global environment.
