Allevia Health is progressing a group-wide ESG framework and sustainability programme, including carbon measurement and reporting. This role will play an important part in helping us strengthen data quality, support certification and reporting requirements, and identify opportunities to reduce our environmental impact while supporting a Better Health Journey for patients.

About The Role

  • Lead the collection, validation, consolidation, and reporting of carbon emissions and environmental performance data across the group.
  • Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the carbon accounting platform.
  • Support stakeholders with reporting requirements, data submission, process improvement, and system use.
  • Generate reports and insights for internal reporting, management review, certification, and improvement planning.
  • Work with sustainability leads, senior managers, procurement, finance, external providers, and certification bodies.
  • Help identify risks, gaps, carbon reduction opportunities, and practical sustainability initiatives across the group.

  • A practical, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in sustainability, carbon reduction, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-site organisations, carbon certification, environmental reporting frameworks, or carbon accounting platforms would be advantageous.

Why join us?

  • Contribute to meaningful environmental and carbon reduction outcomes in healthcare.
  • Work across a diverse group of healthcare businesses with opportunities to share learning and improve practice.
  • Support a values-aligned ESG programme focused on practical, measurable improvements.
  • Be part of Allevia Health’s vision of A Better Health Journey.

If you enjoy working with data, systems, and people—and want to use those skills to support practical sustainability outcomes—we would love to hear from you.
