What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Senior specialist recruitment experience, gained agency-side, with some exposure to leading or mentoring others. A background in tech recruitment or professional services that aligns closely with this world will also be considered.
• Ambition: This is a genuine pathway into SLT, for someone who wants to make a real, lasting impact on the industry, not just take on a bigger title.
• Commercial ability: Comfortable running an RFP process and confident building and influencing client relationships. Recruitment or tech-sector exposure is essential.

• Above-market base salary, $120k–$160k depending on experience
