About The Job
As a premier law firm in India, Sankhla & Associates is expanding its Litigation Practice in New Delhi. We are inviting applications from dedicated professionals who embody our core values: Excellence, Enterprise, and Ethics. We are specifically looking for Counsels capable of independently handling drafting, research and file preparation.
Eligibility
(i) Associate (2-3 Years PQE)
(ii) Must have prior experience in Arbitration and Commercial disputes and must be able to handle matters independently.
(iii) Expertise in drafting and deep legal research is required.
Responsibility
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
