What You'll Do

As our HSE Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, providing practical guidance on risk management, compliance, incident management, and continuous improvement.

You'll Help Us

• Strengthen and evolve our HSE Management System
• Drive adoption of modern HSE technologies and tools
• Support investigations, audits, and risk management activities
• Build capability through coaching and mentoring
• Embed a proactive, learning-focused safety culture
• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives
• Turn data and insights into action that improves performance

About you

You're an experienced HSE professional who knows how to balance compliance requirements with operational realities.

You build trust quickly, communicate with influence, and genuinely enjoy helping people succeed.

You're as comfortable working alongside frontline teams as you are presenting insights to senior leaders.

You'll Bring

• Proven experience in HSE leadership within a multi-site or high-risk environment
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand HSE legislation and best practice
• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related discipline
• Experience improving systems, processes, and performance
• Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• A passion for creating safer, better workplaces
