As Theatre Services Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our perioperative services, balancing clinical excellence with strong operational and commercial performance. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role offers the opportunity to influence patient outcomes, workforce capability, theatre performance and service growth within a highly respected private hospital environment.

You'll work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams to optimise theatre utilisation, enhance patient experiences and lead a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and excellence.

We're looking for a leader who brings

Significant perioperative or operating theatre leadership experience

Strong people leadership and workforce planning capability

Experience driving operational performance and service improvement

Commercial acumen, including budgeting and productivity management

A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and developing high-performing teams
