Assume responsibility and undertake varied project tasks of increasing scope and complexity under the close direction and guidance of senior staff Provide quality service to internal and external clients escalating client enquiries or issues as appropriate Apply relevant standards and procedures in the discipline Use basic theoretical knowledge of principles to analyse, interpret and proceed on standard matters Contribute to analysis of information, production of project documentation, tenders and proposals Actively work towards professional certification / registration Assist in the preparation of documentation with work completed accurately and to target standards Work to achieve team goals through personal effort with regular attendance and effective contribution to team / project meetings Maintain understanding of the industry, professional bodies, the Beca business and its clients, relevant standards and procedures in the discipline Understand the business and associated operations including budget and revenue expenditure Research and understand the industry and identify potential opportunities Communicate positively and effectively ensuring that team members, Managers and clients are consistently well informed about progress and timelines Consolidate and extend project management skills and show initiative in seeking learning opportunities Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills Seek specific and constructive feedback to ensure professional and project management development Tertiary qualifications Practical application of principles and practices within discipline Experience in a consulting environment Working towards professional body certification / registration Understand and adhere to the Beca values Act in accordance with industry / professional ethics maintaining professionalism at all times Contribution and effort is aligned to organisational objectives Comply with all company HSE systems and procedures relevant to the role, in accordance with local documented HSE responsibilities and accountabilities. No work related injuries, illnesses or adverse environmental outcomes due to incorrect or inadequate application of systems or procedures Participate in performance development discussions with manager initiating and managing own personal development with all CPD requirements met Work co-operatively and collaboratively willingly accepting share of workload and helping others when required Other duties as directed
