About The Role
The Personal Assistant to the Regional Community Ministries Manager provides high-quality executive, administrative and coordination support to two Regional Community Ministries Managers (RCMM), including some support for their geographically disbursed teams to support management outcomes. One of these Managers is based at Royal Oak, Auckland, and the other in Christchurch. This role is based in our Royal Oak, Auckland office.
The position ensures efficient management of schedules, communications, reporting requirements, meetings and organisational priorities while supporting the wider Community Ministries management/leadership functions. The role acts as a key point of coordination between regional Community Ministries and other Salvation Army services, Territorial Headquarters (national office), and key internal and external stakeholders.
The role contributes to the effectiveness of Community Ministries across Aotearoa New Zealand through proactive administration, information management, online meeting and event coordination, and related business support functions

This role is a permanent full time roll and hours worked will be 37.5 per week.
The starting salary for this role will fall between $64,000 and $66,000 per annum, experience dependant.
