Poderi Crisci Limited is seeking a physically fit, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our small vineyard and winemaking team on Waiheke Island. This is a hands‑on, long‑term role working across all areas of our organically and biodynamically managed vineyard.

As an organic/biodynamic property, the work is practical and outdoors-focused. Weedeating or general machinery experience would be an advantage, but not essential. No prior vineyard or winemaking knowledge is required — full on‑the‑job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Seasonal vineyard work including pruning, canopy management and general vineyard maintenance
• Organic/biodynamic vineyard operations
• Winemaking tasks throughout harvest and production
• Bottling, cellar work and general winery duties
• Hands‑on property tasks as required
