Transformation Co-Ordinator

About the Role

As Transformation Co-ordinator, you will support the administration and co-ordination of the Bank's portfolio of transformational change. Working as part of the Technology and Transformation leadership team, you will manage the day-to-day operation of project management tools, identify opportunities to improve or introduce new tools, and provide clear budget and process reporting to Programme Managers, Business Owners, executive forums and board steering groups.

What you’ll be busy with

• Responsible for co-ordinating Steering Committee (SteerCo) and Project Governance meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, documentation, minute-taking, and tracking of actions and decisions to ensure effective governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensures the project management framework is being followed by the programme and project managers and their teams.
• Works closely with the Transformation Leads and Executive Team to ensure they understand the parameters of their approval and escalates as needed.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the project management tools (Smartsheet/10,000ft)

What you’ll bring

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience coordinating meetings, reporting, and preparing presentations and spreadsheets.
• Highly professional with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment.

This role is full time 37.5 hours a week, worked Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

It is fixed term for up to 16 months.
