Provide friendly and engaging customer service during the busy Christmas period. Assist customers with product recommendations and demonstrations, maintain product knowledge, restocking and organising the store, and support the team in creating a fun and welcoming shopping experience! Worked effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Lush’s high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with Christmas gift wrapping and gift sets
Supporting team members and contributing to a positive store environment
Following Lush’s values around ethical, sustainable and cruelty-free products
Helping create a fun and welcoming experience for customers
Demonstrating and explaining Lush products
Learning and confidently communicating product knowledge
