We're looking for a passionate people person to join our team at our Porirua North City Advice Centre as a Customer Specialist.

Te tūranga | The role

Whether you're an experienced customer service professional, retailer, hospitality superstar, or someone looking to build a rewarding career in banking, this could be the perfect next step.

As a Customer Specialist, you'll be the friendly face our customers turn to for support and guidance. You'll help them with everyday banking needs, introduce them to digital banking solutions, and identify opportunities to connect them with the right products and specialists when needed.

No two days are the same. You'll build meaningful relationships, solve problems, and help customers feel confident about their financial future.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week on a flexible roster, Monday - Saturday.
