Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role as a Retail Bridal Assistant at our Newmarket Flagship store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting stylists with gown preparation, fitting room setup, and presentation
• Processing sales and handling customer enquiries
• Providing an exceptional, personalised customer experience at every touchpoint
• Maintaining the boutique’s visual standards and cleanliness

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a retail environment
• Be you! Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients
• Well-presented with a strong eye for detail
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, open to learning new things
• Passion for fashion, weddings, or luxury retail is highly desirable
