About The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our wider HR team! We operate under a business partnering model so we're looking for someone who has the ability to build effective relationships across the business and thrives in an environment of change. Working as part of a close-knit team this is a role where you can really make a difference and where HR is valued.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be an emerging HR professional with a strong foundation in generalist human resources and a genuine passion for building your career. You'll be confident operating across a broad range of HR disciplines, with proven experience supporting employment relations matters, performance management, remuneration reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and organisational change processes.

A trusted and credible advisor, you will be comfortable partnering with managers at all levels, providing practical, commercially focused advice while balancing people and business outcomes. You will be proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused, with the ability to navigate complex people matters, influence stakeholders, and build strong working relationships across the organisation.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need

  • Mid to senior level HR practitioner, ideally with experience in a multi-site environment.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated employment relations and workplace relations experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Commercially savvy and an influential communicator, with the confidence and credibility to build strong relationships with business leaders, enhancing their capability and effectiveness.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Action-oriented, with the ability to effectively influence, coach, and guide others.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Technically proficient and confident using a range of computer systems and applications.
  • A collaborative team player who works collectively to achieve priorities and deliver consistent, high-quality service to internal and external customers.
  • Willing and able to undertake occasional travel as required.
