Are you a pharmacist who is passionate about patient-centred care, equity, and supporting whānau to get the best from their medicines?

Midland Community Pharmacy Group is looking for a Medication Management Pharmacist to join our forward-thinking, supportive team in the Waikato. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide medication reviews, medicine reconciliation, patient education, and collaborative support across community pharmacy, general practice, hospital teams, Māori and Pacific health providers, and wider primary care services.

You will help improve medicine-related outcomes for patients and whānau, build trusted relationships across the health sector, and contribute to innovative projects and service development that support priority communities.

We would love to hear from pharmacists who are clinically confident, adaptable, relationship-focused, and keen to keep learning. You will have at least three years experience as a pharmacist and ideally have MUR/MTA accreditation or a postgraduate qualification, or a willingness to continue developing in this area.
