Theatre Services Manager | Royston Hospital

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll lead perioperative services at Hawke's Bay's leading private surgical hospital, influencing strategy, operational performance, clinical excellence, and the future direction of surgical services.

You'll join a highly respected organisation with:

7 operating theatres across multiple specialties
An experienced and engaged theatre leadership team
Strong partnerships with leading surgeons and anaesthetists
A recently introduced robotic-assisted surgery programme
Genuine support for innovation, service development and growth

We're looking for an experienced healthcare leader who can bring together clinical excellence, operational performance, and people leadership to continue building on an already high-performing service.
