About the role | Ko te mahi nei

In this role, you’ll lead projects across multidisciplinary teams, covering research, process and technology development, business change, events, and product or service rollouts.

You will:

  • Lead key projects from concept through to operational handover and review.
  • Manage stakeholders by applying a collaborative approach and delivering to requirements.
  • Ensure established project and change management practices are followed.
  • Plan and actively monitor project resource requirements and financial constraints.

This role is 32 hours per week.

About you | Ko koe tēnei

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a related field, or equivalent experience delivering and managing multiple projects within defined timeframes and budgets.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification would be beneficial.

You will also have proven, top-level experience in:

  • Using common project management toolsets to identify and manage project risks and issues, and to implement and adhere to change control processes.
  • Facilitating group discussions with stakeholders to gain understanding and agreement, and assessing the impact of change.
  • Overseeing project budgets and managing resource and vendor relationships.
  • Engaging positively with employees and stakeholders at all levels, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Making sound decisions, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Identifying smarter and better ways of doing things, with excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
