Storeperson & Customer Service Specialist

Are you a customer-focused, hands-on professional who loves variety in their workday?

We are looking for an all-rounder to join our close-knit, high-performing team in East Tamaki. In this role, you won’t just be stuck behind a computer or hidden away in the warehouse—you’ll get the best of both worlds!

Working alongside a dedicated partner, the two of you will share and split the daily duties across warehouse logistics, customer support, and sales processing. If you enjoy a collaborative environment where no two days are the same, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Warehouse & Inventory: Efficiently manage incoming/outgoing stock, conduct stock takes, pack orders accurately, and keep the warehouse safe, tidy, and organised.
• Customer Service & Sales Support: Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, assist walk-ins, process sales orders, and keep our clients happy with accurate order updates.
• Teamwork: Work closely with your counterpart to manage the daily workflow—stepping in to support sales during peak phone hours, or heading to the floor to dispatch orders when stock arrives.

What We’re Looking For

• The Ultimate All-Rounder: Previous experience in a warehouse setting, paired with strong, friendly communication skills for customer service.
• Licences: A valid Forklift License (F endorsement / OSH) is preferred (or the willingness to get one!).
• Tech-Savvy & Organised: Great attention to detail, comfortable learning sales/inventory software, and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Reliable Team Player: High energy, good physical stamina for active warehouse work, and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Requirements: Clear MOJ record, ability to pass a pre-employment medical/drug screen, and entitlements to work in NZ
