Strategic Finance Business Parter

Reporting directly to CFO, this is an exciting role where your focus is to influence the business direction, long-term planning and operational activities across the organisation. This includes:

• Developing and leading a high performing team
• Supporting senior management to make informed decisions
• Assessing the commercial viability and feasibility of options and trade off
• Influencing financial planning and looking for value for money to maximise the utilisation of funding
• Promoting continual improvement and maturity of reporting and insight frameworks to enable the business to deliver on targets.
• Building commercial and financial capability across the business as well as championing innovative thinking.

Along with being CA qualified, we require a highly capable candidate who can bring thought leadership and innovation to the role, and who demonstrates sound commercial judgement and exceptional influencing and communication skills.

You will bring a strong appreciation of complex operational environments and any experience within the public sector will be viewed favourably.
