About the role

Due to the continued growth of our Property and Private Client practice, we are now recruiting for a Solicitor to join our Christchurch team.

Working alongside Mike Kerr and Ingrid Taylor, you will be part of one of the South Island’s leading property teams, advising developers, investors, corporate clients, trusts and private individuals on a broad range of property matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build your technical capability and develop your commercial understanding while working with recognised leaders in the property sector. You will be supported to grow your practice within a collaborative, high-performing team known for delivering pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills and around 1–2 years’ practical experience in property and private client matters, or a blend of property and general commercial experience.

You will bring a genuine interest in Property and Private Client law, along with the confidence, ambition and client focus needed to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team.
