Reporting directly to the General Manager - New Zealand and forming part of the senior leadership team, you will lead our flagship Tauranga branch, leveraging world-class facilities, an experienced team, and a respected global brand to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and commercial performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Driving business growth by leveraging your established industry networks to identify and secure new opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
• Strengthening customer partnerships and enhancing market presence.
• Driving sales growth and profitability across all business areas.
• Delivering operational excellence by ensuring the efficient management of a complex, multi-functional operation.
• Leading a high-performing team all whilst building an engaged, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
• Coaching and developing future leaders within the business.
• Championing employee engagement, wellbeing and safety.
• Playing an active role within the New Zealand leadership team.

About You

You are a commercially astute and people-focused leader who thrives in complex operational environments. You will bring:

• Proven success in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong networks and credibility within the on-highway and/or off-highway industries.
• Demonstrated experience achieving sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution.
• A leadership style that inspires trust, accountability, and high performance.
• A genuine commitment to developing people and creating a positive workplace culture.
