Skills Group is looking for an experienced Site Coordinator Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our two Dunedin campuses. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating busy operations, supporting people, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
You'll provide day-to-day leadership and support to a Site Coordinator while working closely with learners, tutors, visitors, and internal support teams to create a welcoming, professional, and well-organised campus environment. From coordinating daily logistics to resolving operational issues, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our campuses.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to the Site Coordinator across both Dunedin campuses
- Coordinate daily campus operations, including timetabling, room allocations, learning resources, and logistics
- Deliver a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused experience for learners, tutors, employers, and visitors
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing systems, processes, and operational workflows
- Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements and operational standards
- Collaborate with campus leadership and national teams to deliver consistent, high-quality operations
What You'll Bring
- Experience coordinating campus, site, or operational activities in a customer-focused environment
- Experience providing leadership, coaching, or day-to-day support to others in a customer-focused environment
- Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating schedules, logistics, or operational processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- High digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and experience using business systems such as CRM or LMS platforms
