The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Regional Manager will be based in Hamilton and take ownership of the central North Island, stretching across Waikato and BOP. Leading branch managers, you will provide steady, values-driven leadership, lift performance and culture, and operate autonomously within a well-established operating framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a varied team across the region, driving performance and culture
• Own regional P&L, budgets and cost control in conjunction with the General Manager
• Help manage and develop relationships with key customers
• Oversee recruitment, performance management and succession planning across the region
• Ensure health and safety standards are understood and consistently applied
• Partner with national operations stakeholders to align regional delivery with company-wide standards
• Provide mentorship and development to emerging leaders within the region

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience leading a multi-site or multi-branch operation, ideally at branch or regional level
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to lift performance and shift culture without overhauling what works
• Commercially sharp, comfortable owning P&L and budget outcomes
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills, credible in front of customers
• Self-directed, able to operate autonomously within a larger corporate framework
• Open to candidates from a range of operational backgrounds with transferable people and business management skills
