About the Role
As a Project Manager you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across a range of projects, including water treatment plants, bridges, rail and road infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong commercial awareness, technical capability, and the ability to drive performance across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of civil infrastructure projects from tender through to completion
- Contribute to pricing, tendering, and work-winning activities
- Develop and drive project programmes, methodologies, and delivery strategies
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Proactively identify and manage risks, resolving technical and commercial challenges
- Maintain high standards across health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- 15+ years’ experience delivering relevant infrastructure projects in New Zealand
- Strong experience across civil structures, piling and heavy civils
- Proven commercial acumen, including contract management and project financials
- Ability to lead teams and build strong working relationships across stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
