Events Coordinator
RealNZ
Your dream job coordinating events in some of New Zealand's most iconic locations could be waiting for you.
At RealNZ, we're passionate about creating authentic experiences that connect people with nature. Our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) Team works with clients from around New Zealand, and around the world, to deliver events that showcase the very best of what we do.
We're looking for an Events Coordinator to join our high-performing tourism sales team. This role is the hub of the MICE Team, keeping momentum with events, managing the detail behind the scenes and ensuring information flows seamlessly between clients, and RealNZ teams. This is an exciting time to join our MICE Team as we embark on a growth phase!
If you are a people person, pride yourself on being organised, enjoy juggling competing priorities, and get great satisfaction from making sure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed, and like to have fun along the way... We'd love to hear from you.
Working within our MICE Team, you'll take confirmed event bookings and coordinate them through to delivery, ensuring everyone involved has the information they need to create exceptional guest experiences.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Queenstown.
