A Key Responsibilties:

  • Responsible for completing all the design and development activities for ongoing programs and projects.
  • Lead the team of all Software Engineers to meet scope of projects.
  • Increase the capability and capacity of existing Unisys Core Banking team
  • Developing a comprehensive Knowledge management roadmap and strategies that identifies and addresses key knowledge area and gaps.
  • Co-ordinate with Testing team and other interfaces as per the phase of project lifecycle.
  • Perform Unit Testing and help Quality assurance team for any defects to get them closed on time without breaching SLA
  • Responsible for developing optimised solutions for all in-scope applications.
  • Responsible to prepare Design documents and signoff for the all the Go-Live activities.
  • Design and Implement complex Software Solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to architecture and strategic planning
  • Act as a Technical Coordinator between TCS Teams (Onsite/Offshore) and ASB Customer

Actively participate in the Agile Methodologies and provide support to the existing team in the daily tasks as per the priority.
