One of our key clients is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of its strategic Price-Quality (PQ) regulatory programme and submission. This role will drive programme governance, stakeholder alignment, financial forecasting, and regulatory reporting ensuring a high-quality, audit-ready regulatory proposal.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of the PQ regulatory programme, including governance across Steering Committees, ELT, ARC, and Board forums.
- Develop and maintain programme plans, milestones, risk registers, and executive reporting.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Asset Management, and Operations to align assumptions, forecasts, and regulatory outcomes.
- Lead the development of robust, driver-based OPEX forecasting models and frameworks.
- Ensure forecasting methodologies, assumptions, and outputs are transparent, documented, and defensible.
- Establish assurance and audit readiness processes, including model validation and independent review.
- Identify, manage, and escalate programme risks and dependencies to support successful delivery.

- Proven experience leading large, complex programmes with executive and board-level governance.
- Experience delivering regulatory submissions, pricing reviews, or large-scale financial transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, OPEX drivers, and business performance analysis.
- Ability to translate complex technical and financial information into clear, executive-ready insights and reports.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and regulators.
- Experience within infrastructure, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries is highly desirable.
Location: Must be based in Auckland
Contract duration: Until end of December 2026
