Urgent requirement of Technical Content Specialist - Contract - Auckland

Requirements

Support omni-channel experience by developing and executing content strategies for B2B and B2C channels, ensuring consistency and engagement across all touchpoints . Experience in building and publishing web content pages leveraging Salesforce and FIGMA.

· Manage content implementation via CMS and web platforms such as Salesforce or other TWL-approved platforms across web, app & edm.

· Execute content updates supporting campaigns, categories, and trading events to ensure that all deadlines are met

· QA and validate content accuracy, presentation, and accessibility prior to go-live in coordination with Category management

· Ensure compliance with Ecom operations and campaign timelines.

· Support creative integration using Figma or other TWL-approved tools

· Maintain taxonomy, navigation, and product content integrity

· Coordinate with Trade, UX, Product and Marketing teams to deliver content on schedule

· Coordinate with technical teams for content publishing and updates

· Support continuous improvement of content processes ad templates

· Development and maintenance of reusable templates and components

· Identification of automation opportunities within CMS workflows

· Coordinate content release timing across web, app, and campaign channels

· Provide rollback and contingency support for content issues post-release

· Validate content accessibility and brand compliance as part of pre-go-live quality assurance

· Ensure adherence to CMS standards, governance, and publishing frameworks

· Support the evolution of content tooling, templates, and platform capabilities

· Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
