What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Qualified Mechanical Fitter OR a Trade Assistant with a proven, strong mechanical aptitude.
• Reliability: High level of punctuality and a solid work ethic.
• Hospital Compliance: Hospital sites require high safety, security, and hygiene standards. You must be clear-headed, safety-conscious, and willing to adhere strictly to health and safety protocols.
• Availability: Ready to start ASAP and commit to a 3-month assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems, hot water pumps, and units.
• Providing general trade assistance (tool carrying, ladder support, site prep, and safety monitoring).
• Tackling basic independent mechanical servicing (commensurate with experience/competency).
• Supporting the team to bridge short-term staffing coverage.

Requirements

• Must have access to a car to get to site
• Must have a clear MoJ & References
• Must be able to start immediately
