Architectural Designer

The Role

We are seeking an Architectural Designer with 5+ years of New Zealand experience to join a Christchurch-based team.

This is a hands-on Revit role focused on producing accurate, well-coordinated consent and construction documentation for commercial, multi-unit residential and other complex building projects. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes from design through to construction.

Role Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Architecture or Architectural Studies
• 5+ years' experience within a New Zealand architectural practice
• Strong commercial, multi-unit residential or complex project experience
• Advanced Revit proficiency
• Strong understanding of the NZ Building Code and construction methods
• Experience preparing consent and construction documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and coordination skills
