About the role | Mō te tūranga
When people can confidently use the systems that support their work, they can focus on delivering better outcomes for New Zealanders.
As a Systems Analyst, you'll help make that happen. You'll be a trusted point of contact for colleagues across the business, helping resolve issues, improve processes, and support the systems people rely on every day. You'll also contribute to projects and enhancements that make our ways of working simpler, more effective and fit for the future.
In this role, you will:
- Support and maintain key business applications, including NavOne (built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Fee Protect (built on Dynamics 365 CE, Power Pages Portal & Dataverse) and other enterprise core applications
- Investigate and resolve system issues, incidents and service requests
- Work with colleagues and vendors to deliver system improvements and enhancements
- Assist with application releases, functional & technical impact assessments, testing, configuration and business change activities
- Share knowledge, guidance and training to help others get the most from our systems

You enjoy solving problems and helping others. You're curious, collaborative and take the time to understand how things work. You can adapt to different situations, build positive relationships, and communicate clearly with a range of people.
You'll bring:
- Experience within a service desk environment (supporting systems, applications, processes or business operations), confident using incident management tools and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
- The confidence to share knowledge and support others to succeed
Experience with ERP, financial or enterprise systems would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in people who can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset and a genuine willingness to learn.
