The Role

This role is responsible for providing high-quality operational excellence for the Value and Risk Advisory team in New Zealand. The Business Operations Coordinator serves as the conduit for stakeholder management, process standardisation, and technology integration and optimising the organisation's operations while promoting efficiency through automation and best practice implementation.

We're offering both short and long-term career pathways in this role. It starts as a 7-month term, giving you the chance to make sure this role and JLL are the right fit for you, while also opening the door to extension or permanency as the business scales.

Snapshot of responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations.,

Coordinate conferences, team meetings, leadership meetings, client events and client meetings,

Support business systems integration, lead automation rollout, and identify process improvement opportunities

Support financial processes, monthly reporting, subscription audits, and lead monthly reconciliations between finance systems.

Update website profiles, maintain client databases, oversee CRM communications, and co-ordinate all marketing deliverables

Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding, training programs, travel logistics, and team cohesion initiatives

What you will bring

Experience in coordination or administrative roles within professional services

Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

Demonstrated experience with process improvement and standardisation initiatives

Strong project coordination and organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Background in property, valuations, or related professional services

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in professional services

Familiarity with CRM systems, job management systems, or similar platforms

Understanding of ESG principles and reporting requirements
