WE ROOF & WE SPOUT are looking for an experienced Operations & Office Manager to join our leadership team.

We're after an organised, proactive, and solutions-focused person who understands the fast-paced nature of the trades. Someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, supporting field teams, building great client relationships, and helping a business grow.

This isn't just another office role. You'll work directly alongside the company directors, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of two established and growing businesses.

About the Role

As our Operations & Office Manager, you'll oversee the administration and coordination of roofing and spouting projects from enquiry through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day office operations
• Scheduling roofing and spouting projects with our Team Leader
• Coordinating crews, suppliers, subcontractors and deliveries
• Managing client communication throughout each project
• Monitoring project progress and deadlines
• Job costing and tracking project profitability
• Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders and financial administration
• Supporting operational planning and workflow improvements
• Helping implement systems and processes that allow the business to continue growing
• Working closely with the directors on business operations and future planning

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who has experience in the roofing, construction, or wider trades industry.

Ideally you'll have:

Experience in roofing, construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or another trade-based business

Strong organisational and time management skills

Experience coordinating multiple jobs, crews and schedules

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confidence working with job costing, financial administration and project profitability

Experience using Tradify or similar job management software

A high level of initiative and the ability to solve problems independently

A positive attitude and genuine desire to grow with the business
