Project Manager | Permanent | Auckland (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a leading New Zealand organisation to find a Project Manager to join its Transformation team.

About The Role

This is a permanent opportunity to join a high-performing collaborative transformation team working across a diverse portfolio of business and technology projects, partnering with stakeholders at all levels from across the organisation to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects from business case through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across digital, technology, customer experience, supply chain, operations, and corporate functions.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and change adoption.
• Deliver practical, customer-focused solutions that create measurable business value.

About you

You'll bring proven experience delivering projects within a large, customer-facing, multi-site organisation. You understand how to balance commercial priorities with customer outcomes and know how to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

You'll Also Have

• A successful track record delivering business and technology transformation projects.
• Experience working across customer experience, digital, operations, supply chain, or omnichannel initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, or another high-volume consumer-facing environment will be highly regarded.
