About The Opportunity

This is a leadership role reporting to the General Manager People and Culture. The role leads the HR Advisory team and plays a critical part in building the quality, credibility and impact of HR across Spectrum Foundation.

  • Has a track record of delivering HR mahi and seeing work through
  • Is practical and proactive, and is comfortable staying close to the work
  • Has recent experience in leading a HR Team and can lead, coach, and develop HR professionals, building capability and confidence
  • Is skilled in employment relations, HR policy and processes
  • Builds trust and credibility with leaders, unions, staff and colleagues
  • Cares deeply about doing HR in a way that upholds dignity, fairness, and mana.
